Our company registration number is 1193985, UK. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of this website.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
eCert Canada reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the eCert Canada website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the eCert Canada website.
CERTIFIED DOCUMENTS
The issue of any certified document may be governed by a Formal Undertaking / Letter of Waiver or be bound by Standard Rules which must be signed before issue of the document. By using e-z Cert to apply for documents, you are confirming that these have been signed by your organisation and that you accept the terms and conditions of any formal undertaking and Standard Rules.
E-Z CERT SERVICE
The e-z Cert Service is a Web based application which enables certified documents to be applied for online. When using the service your data is stored securely within your company account, this data is not disclosed to any third parties except for the issuing body ("Chamber") for which you submit your application for review.
E-Z CERT eXpress
e-z Cert eXpress enables certified documents to be stamped and signed electronically and printed out at the applicant’s premises using their local printer.
It is most important to remember: By clicking the link to use e-z Cert eXpress, you will produce certified documents which will contain an electronically created certification stamp. The issuing body ("Chamber") cannot be held responsible for any problems encountered when the document is presented at overseas customs or to any organisation requiring a certified document.
A Certificate Number will appear both at the top of the certified document and be replicated within the stamp on the original and each subsequent copy, when the certificate is returned to you by the Chamber.
When pre-printed stationary is used and a print is spoilt because of printer errors etc, you should notify the Chamber of the problem, copy the original application to make a second application. Exporters must return all spoilt pre-printed documents to the Chamber.

As a condition of your use of the eCert Canada website, you warrant to eCert Canada that you will not use the eCert Canada website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the eCert Canada website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the eCert Canada website or interfere with any other parties use and enjoyment of the eCert Canada website. The eCert Canada website may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

eCert Canada has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, eCert Canada reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials at its sole discretion. eCert Canada reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
eCert Canada reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in eCert Canada's sole discretion.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. eCert Canada does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, eCert Canada specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
eCert Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the eCert Canada website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
The eCert Canada is intended to be used by its Members for the purposes referred to in this Agreement. Accordingly, you must not use the eCert Canada or the Site generally in an unlawful manner or in a manner that breaches this Agreement.
Without prejudice to the generality of clause below, if you breach any clause of this Agreement we may terminate your Membership with or without notice to you.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion:
(a) to suspend or terminate your or any Member's access to the eCert Canada website, or parts of it; and/or
(b) to remove, or require you or any other Member to remove Content, if you or the relevant Member or Content appears to us, or to a complainant, to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
If your access has been suspended or terminated you must not re-register for, or re-access, the eCert Canada Service without our prior consent.
You are responsible for everything which is done on or through the eCert Canada Service while your Membership account is logged on to the eCert Canada Service, or through your email address(es).
Where we reserve a right in this Agreement, it does not mean we are obliged to exercise it. Also, you acknowledge that given the open-access nature of the eCert Canada Service, we cannot prevent determined people whose Membership has been suspended or terminated from re-accessing or re-registering as Members, in breach of their obligations under this Agreement.
It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES:
